See— Clarity of Reality

The transformation journey begins with radical clarity. In the See stage, leaders learn to perceive their current reality not just through their own lens, but from God's perspective. This involves uncovering the beliefs, narratives, and blind spots that have been shaping their leadership without their awareness.

Key Questions

  • ?What is really happening in my leadership right now?
  • ?What beliefs am I operating from that I haven't examined?
  • ?How does God see my current situation?

Stage 02N — Narrative

Hope— Vision & Possibility

Once you see clearly, you begin to envision a new future. The Hope stage moves leaders from a problem-saturated present to a compelling vision anchored in God's promises. You co-author a new narrative for your life and leadership — one that is grounded in faith, not fear.

  • ?What does God's best look like for my leadership?
  • ?What becomes possible when I lead from my true identity?
  • ?What narrative am I being invited to step into?

  • A compelling, faith-anchored vision for the future

Stage 03I — Identity

Identify— Freedom from False Identity

Here is where the real freedom comes in. The Identify stage guides leaders to distinguish between who they have been performing to be and who they truly are. You identify the false identities and limiting beliefs that have been holding you back, and you ground yourself in your true, God-given identity.

  • ?Who have I been performing to be?
  • ?What false identities am I ready to release?
  • ?Who does God say I am?

  • A grounded understanding of your true identity in Christ

Stage 04E — Embodiment

Focus— Aligned Action

With your new identity clear, you develop a concrete action plan. But it's not just any action plan — it's one that is aligned with your true self. The Focus stage is about embodying your new way of being through daily practices, intentional choices, and strategic commitments.

  • ?What specific actions will I take this week, this month?
  • ?What practices will help me embody this new way of being?

Stage 05G — Generativity

Transform— Integration & Sustainability

This is where integration happens. The Transform stage is about reviewing your journey, celebrating the shifts that have occurred, and creating structures to sustain your transformation. You move from insight to integration — from knowing to being.

  • ?What structures do I need to sustain this transformation?
  • ?How am I different now than when I started?

Stage 06G — Generativity

Expand— Multiplying Impact

Now that you have been transformed, you recognize that your transformation is meant to overflow into others. The Expand stage is about identifying who you want to invest in and mentor. You step into the identity of a transformational leader — someone who creates transformation in others.

  • ?Who is God calling me to invest in?
  • ?How can I become a catalyst for transformation in others?
  • ?What would it look like to multiply my transformation?

Stage 07B — Beliefs

Deepen— Ongoing Formation

Finally, you establish a sustainable rhythm of ongoing spiritual formation and growth. The Deepen stage is about understanding that transformation is not a destination but a journey — a continuous spiral upward. You create practices and communities that support your ongoing growth.

  • ?How do I continue to deepen my relationship with God?
